"With a 16 month old we opted for a the larger disabled room. The room was very clean, roomy and comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious and clean too. Comfortable beds. Staff were extremely friendly, very attractive to our son. The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of cooked and continental foods. The pancakes were especially lovely. Parking on site. It's a 10/10 from us "

"It is a clean and tidy hotel perfectly located. It is a bit dated and in need of some TLC. When I am back in Spalding on business, i will more than likely stay here again simply for its great location. "

"Nice old style place with good rooms with Nespresso coffee machines and clean towels. Comfortable bed and good free parking tucked from but closed to fast roads. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Nice atmosphere. Will go again."

"Staff are super friendly and helpful. I like the fact that the accessible rooms have a walk in shower opposed to climbing into a lowered bath, which some similar priced hotels nearby have. The location is convenient to where my family live, and away from the city centre, but adjacent to the showground, so depending upon which activities people wish to access, may impact customers choosing this venue."

"I love staying here, it’s my go to place. I was a little disappointed this time, stayed in room 22 on second floor. Room was clean, but the window was not able to stay open, so it was unbearably hot in the room, and just got hotter at night. It could do with at least two more plug sockets, as two were taken up by the fans we had to plug in and have on continuously. The bed was a little firm for our preference, but others may prefer that. Staff were lovely and helpful as usual. I will be returning but maybe ask not to have that room again. And I’d like to try the breakfast next time too… always smells amazing. "
