"This hotel is very good. Rooms are clean and nice and staff are pleasant and helpful. It is located very close to Indian restaurants and shops. One downside is the lack of an intercom. It is not possible to contact reception from the room. Another downside is that the AC in the lobby/reception is quite weak. Another issue in reception is that the staff sit under some very powerful lights which generate so much heat that it's impossible to stand next to the desk to talk to them. I can't imagine...

"Fantastic experience. The Star Suites team did a great job ensuring I was able to check in at 5 am and the suite was clean, spacious and very modern. Gym was one of the best and well equipped I have been to in a place I have stayed at and being a few minutes walk to KLCC meant easy access to train and bus. Definitely would consider staying here again."
