A questão do acesso ao flat é ruim. Não tinha recebido nenhum código e toquei bastante a campainha, mas ninguém atendeu. Tive sorte de encontrar um portão aberto e conversar com uma pessoa que estava na recepção. A comunicação é bem ruim. De resto o quarto é simples mas o valor condiz.

Péssima experiencia

Local de dificil acesso, hotel com portões fechados onde ninguém atende interfone. Funcionários desinformados, banheiro com mofo. Lençóis encardidos, a reserva era para um casal e só tinha uma toalha de banho. Café da manhã pago a parte o que inviabiliza completamente a estadia pois existem hoteis muito melhores que este pelo mesmo preço. Péssima experiencia, não volto nem recomendo. Muito ruim

A recepção fica abandonada, quando apareceu o suposto recepcionista, já nos perguntou se falamos com a central, qual central? Nem sequer confirmou no computador a nossa reserva q seria o mínimo a fazer, parecia q estávamos sendo atendido pelo filho do dono da o mesmo não tinha o menor interesse em nos ajudar, já q nem olhou as reservas primeiramente, passando a obrigação para nós!! Já conhecia o local, mas, a estrutura, o ambiente o atendimento e os preços são muitos bons! Por ter ficado mais dias acho que seria interessante ter frigobar no quarto, pois, facilita demais sendo um flat. Um outro ponto o forte são o espaço dos cômodos, a limpeza diária e a localização.

Lençóis e toalhas de banho de baixa qualidade. Chuveiro ruim. Não tinha nenhum lugar para colocar o sabonete e o shampoo dentro do box. Quando fomos fazer o check-out a atendente nos disse que teríamos que pagar pelo café da manhã e estacionamento. Dissemos que tínhamos feito a reserva com os dois itens incluídos, aí então mostramos para ela o e-mail da confirmação da reserva e ela pediu para fotografar porque ela teria que enviar para a administração. Um absurdo essa atitude. Demonstra incompetência da administração em conciliar dados. O cliente é que tem que confirmar dados da reserva.
