Des Weiteren war leider der Wellnessbereich (Sauna/ Whirlpool etc.) des Hauses, mit Ausnahme des Freizeit- und Fitnessraum, nicht geöffnet. Dies wurde uns aber vorab nicht mitgeteilt! "A very large and spacious room with two separate areas, a good wellness zone with a wide selection of different saunas and a small pool, and a nice restaurant. Some drawbacks: the bathroom and toilet doors had no locks, and there was no closing door between the two room areas. There were also no croissants at breakfast. The price felt a bit too high for what was offered."

"Nicly situated hotel with beautiful view over Bodenmais. Pool, sauna, garden, restaurant and bar at the hotel. New proprietors (June 2025) which did everything to make us feel welcome and at home. A lot of out door activities avaliable in vicinity. Summer rodel was on our 12-year top list. Staying at Luca in Bodenmais gave access to a local activity card which gave really good discounts on a lot of activities - for instance was two tours with summer rodel at Silberberg, ski lift and tour in...

"Das Zimmer war sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht hat. Leider gab es im Badezimmer einige deutliche Mängel. Es war sehr staubig, in der Dusche befand sich ein Riss, und in den Fugen war Schimmel sichtbar, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich beeinträchtigt hat. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, ohne besondere Highlights. Auch das hoteleigene Restaurant war qualitativ akzeptabel, allerdings...
