"Nice resort and very friendly staff. Internet connectivity was good. Food was vegetarian with limited options but well prepared. The only real downside for me was me was to see caged cats, caged birds, caged rabbits in small enclosures and being an animal lover it was very sad to see."

"The newly renovated and centrally-located property has a great layout and amenities. Great breakfast spread and cozy coffee shop. The gym was well equipped and the pool well-maintained. The staff were very warm and helpful, especially Vishwa. Will be back!"

"Excellent staff, excellent hospitality and service. My parents who are in their 70's were simply moved by the care taken. I really appreciate your gesture and humanly service. They even went out of the way to pack homestyle cooked food with no extra cost looking at their age. Really admirable. I am sure this types of service will bring more and more business and leisure customers and this review is just a token of appreciation from Sen and family. "

"Very polite delightful staff always have a smile on their face and would always go the extra mile to help you. My family and I are fans of the Hyatt chain and always pick it as the first choice when travelling in India. A special thanks to Sidharth (duty manager) who communicated very nicely and efficiently when I rang for help. An even big thank you to Khushboo who sorted out the problem of WiFi in our room which was not working. Even though it was late in the evening she transferred us to an amazing excellent room !! Even though we only stayed for one night after a long flight we had a fantastic time. Thank you all once again. 🙏"
