The location is good close to Senggigi Beach and other popular beaches. The restaurant and breakfast are good.
But the condition of the property is below what I was expecting. The lights in the room half working, the sliding window to the private pool not fully closing letting bugs come through, the plugs in the room half way screwed into the walls, the walls showing signs of humidity everywhere.... A bit of repairs needed for this hotel.

Was quite shocked. Upon checking in, served a welcome drink, which was great but after that was just downhill. No towels were in the room and tried to call the front desk but the phone was disconnected. It took hours to get the towels. Power outage continued for so long and occurred frequently. The color of water was terrible… even for 1 night, wasn’t rest at all…

"Although the staff was nice, the hotel was in very bad conditions. The room as well as the rest of the common areas were dirty as if they have not been cleaned for weeks, the food at the restaurant was really bad and they did not have any of the plates offered in the menu.
