"We booked a room for 4 people but it wasn't for four! It was only for two and at reception they said it was misunderstanding. Shower was leaking, hairdryer didn't work, TV required a code which was different every day so we had to call somebody to come and set it,they didn't clean the room the next day, the last day we didn't have breakfast as on Saturdays they serve it from 10am but we had to leave at 9am, at checkout they charged us for items at the fridge that we didn't take. Stuff didn't...

"I have stayed in hotels of many countries, this one is among the worst. Said to be 4star, but less than 3 star. Staff are ok, but spoke almost no english --- and they called it "international". Toilet smelled, room small, TV not working. Hotels.com shld review its ranking."

"Rooms smelled like smoke, bathroom was not clean - one of our rooms had a broken faucet and leaky toilet. Checking in was weird, staff didn't give me a key or tell me the room number just the floor and when I got there another staff told a local man what room, no wifi code etc. Later on I went back to the front desk the staff was helpful though. But since there was a holiday the restaurant incl. room service was unavailable with little eating options nearby."
