"Nice location for accessing the sights and transport links. Issue with our room though, we were on the first floor and had broken sleep for 2 nights from noisy pedestrians outside of the hotel. After complaining we were moved to a different room which was quieter but the room needed some updating for example there were holes in the curtains. Breakfast buffet was ok but would have liked more variety for the cooked breakfast section"

"I had a lovely single room that looked out into a rooftop. Unfortunately the entire hotel had access to the rooftop. I was surprised to be lying in bed and suddenly having strangers walk by my room and looking in. There was also a slightly chemical smell in my room which disappeared slightly during my stay. The breakfast was great."

"The hotel was perfect for our needs, however be aware it is a hybrid hotel and community/ student space. The bar is a great space, the restaurant very passable at the price (chicken burger is excellent) and wine reasonably priced. Breakfast at weekends till 11, perfect for parkrunners. Rooms a tad basic, but clean, comfortable and well maintained The staff are great, friendly and informal Overall enjoyable stsy and for us attending the parkrun at Zuiderpark, very convenient "
