I ran into a problem when I arrived as someone had checked into my room which was immediately obvious to the team as they had a different signature. The team was amazing as they put me in another room and re-arranged other stays so I didn’t have to switch rooms Thank you for handling this and the amazing service as I was at the office all day and this would have been a real pain to deal with."
