"Hotel was easy to find from the train station connecting to the airport, in a very good location next a beautiful park and convenient for a walk into town. The staff could not have been more helpful, service was excellent and the breakfast excelled"

Missed my flight connection so didn't arrive until the day after my first nights booking but despite there being a sign on the wall saying that No shows would be charged 50% of the first night, I didn't get any reduction in price. My room was not cleaned on one day and I was left without any toilet paper, and there is no one on site to ask for supplies so you are on your own. Amenities are rather limited, 2 glasses between...

"Property is a colonial style courtyard series of large rooms. There is no traditional Hotel Services and the Propert is extremely difficult to find. You MUST locate the #60 on a fenced property as there is No Signage and only a 1” x 3” hand written note of the name of Corte del Merlo. The external area is very dark and a little worn. Access is a secured entry that requires you to press a button. Eventually someone comes to the Iron Fence to let you into the property which is very pleasant....
