"They took a sizeable deposit for “incidentals” and said it would be returned within a day. It’s now been 5 days and it hasn’t been returned. I called the customer service number for that location six times and it always goes to the main corporate office in another state. They say they are transferring me to the hotel I stayed at but it’s just another corporate operator that can’t help me. I will NEVER stay at another Holiday Inn Express again!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Excellent location with wonderful of beach and easy walking beach access. Just a few blocks away from good restaurant on the beach and three blocks from a Fred Meyers up the hill. Shirley was great and made a good breakfast in the morning. I had to leave early for meeting so she fixed it to go. There are stairs to all rooms in great historic beach house. Bed good, private bath was nice and fire place in room was perfect treat."
