"If you want to be right in the middle of the CWB action, this hotel is for you. This is a no frills hotel. There is a pool and pool deck and is a great place to get some sun and let the kids swim. Everything is within walking distance. "

"Disappointing Continental breakfast ( $40 per night “amenity fee” given at check in. For breakfast, pool, parking - whether you use them or not. Room is decent, somewhat in need of a remodel. Nice balcony. "

"Loved the hotel. Perfect view, great pools, and wonderful restaurants. The hotel room was serviced every day and had a turn down service at night. They brought chocolates to you and had snacks/cookies on each floor. It was sold out when we went so you need to get to the pool early to get a chair. They need more servers at the pool and to refill the water stations throughout the day. We stayed in the one bedroom suite. It has 2 balconies. Beds were comfortable. We will be back!"

"Very clean room. Hot tub is very small for that size hotel as is the pool. Rented a cabana on the beach and were not told if we took our towels off the chairs our cabana would be take. Paid for a cabana we didn't get to use because someome took pur towels off the chair. Good location."

"We had a very nice stay and will likely return to this hotel but there were a few snags to consider when booking. We checked in and the room wasn't ready so the hotel put a hold for $458 on my card and texted us when our room was ready (that is nice), and then put another $458 (double charged) on my card when I went to the desk to get my room keys. I paid thru Expedia so only owed $158 on property, rest was for incidentals. The next day they put a hold on my card for ~$3,000, I went to the desk and they said its because Expedia hadn't provided their card but not to worry. The next day they actually posted ~$3,500 to my card which again I had to visit the desk and ask for that to be reversed. The resort could really screw someone if they didn't have a high enough card limit and they should work that out with Expedia directly vs charging paid customers. After multiple trips to the front desk it was resolved. Twice I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels. They come into your room and although you've paid for 4 people, leave you 2 washcloths and 3 towels. Once the washcloths never showed up. The hot water mentioned by others was also an issue at peak dinner time showering but was otherwise warm. On the positive side the beach is beautiful and we were always able to find a spot despite not paying for the cabanas. The resort itself was nice and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and fitness center. Wait for elevators can be long at times but we managed. "

"Poolside area was fine. My room overlooked the generators. I had booked a gulf view! The ac in the room ratttled loud noise. Unable to switch rooms. Pricey daily parking. For the amount I paid I expected A+ However the staff was nice"

"The property was in walking distance from everything. There wasn’t a beach or game room . Disappointing. The property could use some updating g. But it was clean . "

"Very outdated as many reviewers said. Grounds were not picked up with trash and cans/bottles in areas. Pool was not working one day and freezing water the next. Last night we could not sit on our balcony as the guy next to us was smoking weed. Smoking cigarettes is one thing but weed is not ok with kids around. If we were leaving in the morning I would have asked to move. It is budget friendly and in the heart of everything."
