"The staff was excellent. They helped with a few challenges that we had while we stayed there for our daughter's wedding. Yankee, one of the managers, is a reason that we will be going back there again next year!"
"Sleep inn & suites is Excellent. Just one more exit from Woodbury. Front Desk Jessica is very Helpful. Good Breakfast & Parking in a super quiet location"
"My 7 year old grandson thought it was the BEST ever hotel! We loved the bunk beds and excellent pillows.
The pool was great too and the Legos everywhere kept everyone getting along and having fun.
Oh yes- we will always remember the disco elevator!
My grandson was disappointed i couldn't figure out how to mirror my phone on the TV."
"Absolutely beautiful new property! The staff are very nice. The spa is the best spa I’ve been to with rooms others don’t have….,gorgeous. The hotel rooms are uniquely designed as well as the hotel itself. I would highly recommend."
DoubleTree by Hilton Poughkeepsie Convention Center
8/10 Good
"First-class hotel, except for the breakfast. My spouse and child waited for 40 minutes to be fed until they gave up and left. They observed other patrons not getting any breakfast, either. Probably just as well, as the prices were outrageously high (even if the service had been even remotely competent). The drive-thru window at Dunkin' Donuts provided better service and at much more reasonable prices. I would stay at the Doubletree again, but I would plan to avoid their restaurant at all costs."
"Miguel at the front desk was lovely. Very friendly, helpful, thorough, and fast. The bed was the best at any hotel we’ve ever been to…we are looking into buying one for our home! Only disappointment was the broken hot tub but oh well."
"The studio apartment was directly on Main Street near all attractions. There is a phone number posted at the entrance, should you need any assistance. We were not sure how to work the TV and called. John was there in a jiffy to assist. He also gave us water and sodas and let us know he’d be available, should we need anything else."
