"The pool and hot tub was inaccessible the whole time we were there. The bath tub/shower didn’t drain. There was a random sock under the couch from a previous guest, and the continental breakfast was shut down a half hour early every day if you say it’s gonna be open till 10 do not shut down at 9:30. ..."

"Staff was very friendly (but I expected no less as that’s the norm in Iowa!) , so I appreciated that. My main complaint is that the breakfast left A LOT to be desired.
