"Check‑in was fine, but the front desk staff was not friendly. The room had only one very small hand towel and no hair dryer. When we went to the front desk to request fresh towels and a hair dryer, the manager was unprofessional and dismissive, responding with, ‘What’s the problem?’ We were told that housekeeping would deliver the towels, but they were never brought. We also did not receive a hair dryer; instead, we were told we would have to use one immediately and return it. Overall, I did not have a good experience."

"The property is undergoing remodeling. However, the bedsheets were dirty (stain) the bathroom was dirty not properly clean. The towels were also dirty. Other guests were smoking on the non-smoking area.
The room was big and there was plenty of open space to place our luggage. "

"I’ll start with the positive. The staff was friendly, the lobby area was updated and clean, and the breakfast was pretty tasty. The beds were also comfortable. However, the rooms were small and needed some updating. At least half of the floor tiles in the room were cracked. Also, the bathroom was not cleaned well. There were yellow stains on the shower curtain and hair on the bathroom floor (not from us). The TV in the room was old and the picture quality was horrible. There is no pool. "

"We really didn’t see much staff. No one was at the check in, not even a bell to ring for a person. The gal we did find that does check in was very helpful, so her personality was a plus. Air conditioner made a great deal of noise. Pillows & towels were very thin. Rooms are large, but only 1 chair by a circular table to watch TV. Granted if your golfing, it’s a different story."
