"This is not a safe or comfortable place to stay, and the owners should be forced to disclose that it is primarily used by drug-affected people who hang around the halls. When I arrived there were three police cars and six officers dealing with a situation in the lobby, blood on the lobby door, gum stuck on several door frames, drug-affected people leaning over in the hall and unidentifiable stains all over the carpet and furniture. The room was around 40C and the only air conditioner requires you to have your window open - NOT SAFE in this area. One of the hotel windows was just a foam mattress. There was also a fight in the parking lot and lots of yelling. The staff DO NOT CARE about your safety. "

"The pillows are all so uncomfortable that I had to use a towel. The shower is oddly configured making it awkward to use and the instructions for using your room key to use the elevator are not clear and straightforward All staff is awesome"

"Everything was good other than the spa in room not working correctly. Control panel is not functioning correctly and the best we got was it working fine before. I stayed in the same room a couple months back and the same problem occurred then. It is very frustrating because you want to relax and it takes 15min to get it started. We will be looking for other options next month. "

"We stayed at The Senator in the cold weather of March and the heat was perfect, warm and toasty. The staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff went above and beyond to help us. My sister was in the RUH and the family chose the Senator because of the beautiful walk to the Hospital. The Senator made our trip into less of a hospital visit and more a visit of famiy. "
