The Adventure Hotel
"Location is perfect ; right Downtown and you can walk everywhere, whether it’s browsing along Baker Street or walking 3 short blocks down to the waterfront. 2 restaurants and 1 cafe onsite, nice little rooftop patio to chill. We had an economy room which was perfect for a 1 nite stay; rooms were clean, bed comfy and loved the rain shower in the bathroom. A little bit of a pain is that the hotel only has 10 parking spots, we found street parking a block away. It’s free from 5pm to 9am. We stayed during low season, so it was fairly quiet but rooms are not too sound proof, it’s an older hotel, could definitely need some updating. Staff we encountered were all very friendly and helpful and would stay here again."

"Our stay was lovely. The house is beautiful. We appreciated the little touches like tea and coffee you could prepare in your room and umbrellas to borrow when it rained. We sat on the back deck and enjoyed view. It is close to many things that you can easily walk to. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The room was nice and clean. We had a king bed. The pillows were just right. Staff especially the front desk were friendly and even changed our room from a pet friendly room to a non pet friendly room. We were a bit early but were able to check in early. The bathroom was clean and sticked with enough towels, toilet paper and free toiletries. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. It was relatively quiet even though near a main street in Castlegar. The free breakfast was a nice feature. It included a waffle station, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, breads, cereals, fruit, coffee, and juice. The small thing was the pool was closed temporarily as it was under maintenance."
