"We really loved our stay at this place. Very calm and quiet.The reception is very welcoming. I think The hotel is newly renovated so it is very clean and well kept. room and a kitchen equipped with almost all the essentials(fridge,hob,microwave,plates and cutleries). A supermarket just beside the building. Tram going to the city center and train going around cote d azur(3-5mins walk) very nice! +++ the hotel has a pool.. being a shared hotel and senior residence doesn't bother and we even did...

The room , although not large, was very cozy and clean. The bathroom was a nice size. The kitchenette was lovely. I appreciated the little welcome gift they had on the counter- it was quite useful. The location was very walkable to everywhere I wanted to go. I liked that there were games available to check-out...
