Prix cher vu la qualité de l’hébergement très vétuste, grande rénovation à faire. Situé à côté du cimetière en plus pas vraiment le rêve. Seul point positif : l’accueil et le personnel de chambre adorable qui tente de nous aider, vu nos lourdes valises à monter au 4eme étage car les chambre familiales sont prévues à cet étage seulement (sans ascenseur). On m’a même dit que ce n’était pas prévu pour les handicapés…(mon mari ayant un handicap) Petit déjeuner correct par contre… Bref je ne conseille pas d’y aller surtout si handicap.

Accueil agréable. Malheureusement un hôtel vieillissant. Du choix pour le petit-déjeuner mais le café en thermos est dépassé.. la terrasse ne donne pas vraiment envie de s'y installer. Hôtel très calme avec restaurants proches.

Juste mais pas bon.

La chambre montrait des signes de vieillissement et avait besoin d'être rénovée. La douche était défectueuse, le pommeau de douche ne restait pas en place, le bouchon du lavabo fuyait, il ne retenait pas l'eau. Le couvercle de la bouilloire était cassé. Le prix de la chambre était très élevé, nous venions de rentrer du Royaume-Uni et nous avons séjourné au Premier Inn, la chambre était deux fois plus grande et le lit était beaucoup plus confortable et à presque la moitié du prix de Kyiad.

Indigne d'un Kyriad, pour le prix...Fils apparents, tâches suspectes un peu partout, literie inquiétante, parking "craignos" la nuit.Hotel vieillot, besoin de fortes rénovations....depuis 2001 d'après la reception.

Le lit n’est pas du tout confortable, l’hôtel est vieux et pas bien équipé, il n’y a même pas de prise près des lits ! Le pire étant l’insonorisation des chambres inexistante et la douche très mal agencée. Je trouve que ça ne vaut vraiment pas son prix, j’y ai passé une mauvaise nuit et je ne compte pas y retourner. Point positif le personnel est agréable.

2ème étage sans ascenseur

Accueil professionnel dans un hôtel vieillissant sans ascenseur et équipé avec le strict minimum. Une nuit ok mais pas plus. Petit déjeuner simple avec choix limité et viennoiseries de piètre qualité. Il y a mieux pour le même prix pas très loin je le sais pour la prochaine fois.

This property is definitely not what it looks like on the website or holiday apps. The staffs were absolutely helpful, and very very nice, they go over and beyond to help. But this hotel is rundown old, despite it cleanliness the place smells horrible, the rugs on the hallway are hideous and the smell is really repulsive, the shower curtain was disgusting, booked 3 nights spent the night and left the next. It was prepaid I couldn’t get any money back but I didn’t mind. The place really urgently needs a makeover, like very serious maintenance
