"The Ermitage Hotel at Mont Saint Michel is an amazing and charming place! We loved the hotel and its people. Starting with Jean-Marc, the concierge, who immediately contacted us. Jean-Marc is a fantastic and smart tour guide with incredible history knowledge who took us to the most beautiful towns and landmarks. Then, Vincent, who works at the hotel restaurant. Jean-Marc and Vincent are wonderful hosts who made us feel like they were good friends of ours. The Director Werner is also really nice and ready to assist guests with any request or wine selection questions; and last but not least, Sabrina and Loic who were terrific too!
