"They said they didn't have a working ice machine. Wouldn't give extra towels until we brought back the ones we used. Was okay for the money."

"Family stopped for a night on the way through Kentucky. Reserved two rooms. One smelled extremely bad of smoke. Front desk told us it was non-smoking facility and moved us to another room, which was fine. Hotel is convenient and clean but room furniture is looking a bit dated but right off 65, I'm sure it gets a lot of traffic, so no surprise there. Drakes is right beside it, has wonderful food with an abundant selection and great prices. Free breakfast is good and includes the typical cold options but also had eggs, bacon, hash browns so that was nice."

"Very nice place as is typical for Hampton Inn. My one big complaint is that Expedia said the location had electric vehicle charging. It does not. Kind of a big deal if you were counting on being able to charge your car overnight. Not sure who is at fault here but the listing on Expedia needs to be corrected to say there is no electric car charging. Fortunately the hotel next door had a couple charging stations."

"This is a decent property. It does seem to be neat and clean. The breakfast was just okay. Room was small and crowded and not easy to move around when there were more than a few people in there. As is typical with these breakfasts, the food was not very warm and there was no microwave to warm your plate. The restaurant had good food and staff is great. If you are handicapped be advised that this is a two story building with no elevator. When we checked in we were initially given a room on the second floor which I refused when I learned there was no elevator. Thankfully the lady at the desk did have a room on the ground floor. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again as long as they can guarantee a ground floor room."
