They handled my spa services. Even made me a to go lunch since I had a very early flight the day I left. I highly recommend this hotel. "Talk about going above and beyond with making their guests happy. I had a 12 night stay in Europe while visiting Poland and The Balkins. I stayed at some nice places and met some really nice people but this hotel by far had the most pleasant staff ever. Jovaha, at the front desk, has to be the most pleasant receptionist ever! She made my entire experience worry free. From parking my car to local suggestions to pretty much everything. She is such a sweet gem and Igor who oversaw the breakfast...

"Good value for the price. Breakfast is kinda average and there is no kettle in the room. Balcony is big enough. AC worked very well and quite. It was clean, but I had one extra towel which was dirty and also no toilet paper at first. But overall it was no big deal as the receptionist Misha was exceptionally helpful and very friendly! I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. "

"I wish I could give the staff Alex and Tea (?) ten stars. This cozy, immaculately clean and yet historical boutique hotel is one of our favourite stops yet. It is directly across from the ferry operations but somehow extremely quiet, the small pool had my son entertained for hours, the staff will provide poolside service with drinks, the homemade cookies on arrival are *delightful*, the breakfast is so so good i wouid dare say skip some traditional Montenegrin food at restaurants bc this hotel...

"10/10. I cannot explain how wonderful this hotel is. I had a room with a view of the Marina - it was glorious. The staff were attentive, food was great and the marina was a sight to behold. I thoroughly recommend!"
