"The property is closed to food options by the marina. The host was not friendly during check in. I was lost and my cab driver had to locate him upon arrival. I had issues with smell in the room, the bedding was hard , and also a lot of food traffic. I booked a reservation for 7 days and left after being locked into hotel room From the inside. I wish the host would put more accurate photos of the apartment."

"The photos of the outside really are true to the photo. Outside the property is beautiful. Inside the apartment is very clean and tidy however you advertised a tv of the room we chose and there wasn't one. The kitchen appliances inside are very dated. Breakfast was tasty and chef Sheldon is a lovely guy! The hotel room was over price in my opinion. I wouldn't stay again."

"We had an exec beach front room. Location was toward the back of the property and the WiFi here is very poor. Towards the front, it is very good. Room was a good size and view amazing. Staff are friendly. Security could do with some customer service training’! Having stayed here for many years, I can see some improvement in the food but service can still be slow at times. Breakfast offer is excellent. Reaort is lovely and easy to get around from Grand Anse. ."
