The clerk would not accept that Canadians travel visa free to the US. When we asked for the written policy he said it’s on the website. When we saw that it isn’t he said it was given to him verbally by management. Looks like he was making it up as he went. After 15 minutes of arguing, the riled up clerk finally checked us in. "
