"Rugs in the hallways had not been vacuumed, the floors were tacky when walking on them, the bathroom had not been vacuumed as there was hair on the floor , the hand towels were red stained, washcloths with holes in them and the shower was slimy. Never mind the tiniest bar of soap ever and it had no suds when wet. Will not frequent this hotel again when traveling. Positive note, the front desk ladies were very courteous and pleasant. The initial presentation was confusing. The entrance was on the side of the building and there was no signage showing entrance. The drive under covering was not even over the entrance… the luggage cart had to go over the curb otherwise where the ramp was located there was no covering. Our belongings got wet because there was no cover over the entry way. Real weird set up "

A flyer in the room states that cleaning/towel replacement takes place at least every three days—reality: the first room cleaning didn’t happen until a week into the stay after three requests to the front desk, and the second cleaning again only after a request to the front desk.
