"2nd best placed we stayed on our trip from CA to VA. Breakfast was great, staff was great up on the hill so no traffic noise, and the pool area was very nice touch to our stay. Only complaint was that the water was turned off without letting me know, when I got back to the hotel I didn’t know until I tried to turn on water even though you have to go up the stairs while passing the desk. Other than that would have been 5 stars"

10/10 Excellent
"Second go around and they have not disappointed me not once. Convenience to Liberty University and so many different stores literally across from there. Room was clean with all necessities and my favorite part was their breakfasts, no need to go to a restaurant for your first morning wake up. Every item you like you will find there . Family friendly and my grandkids really enjoyed the pool for the first time . My husband was able to work out in the gym , everything you need is there."
Fairfield Inn & Suites Lynchburg Liberty University
10/10 Excellent
"Adored this place! Booked it for the Mountain View’s and the pool, and proximity to Liberty University and Lynchburg. Was not disappointed. I had to change my dates due to an error on my part, and this app stuck to their cancelation policy, so I called the hotel directly and they took care of the change for no extra charge. 10/10 recommend them.
The pool is in a really neat atrium with lots of windows in a wooded area and it was WARM.
Staff were super friendly and helped with anything we asked, but we didn’t have to ask for much because they were on top of things!
Room was honestly immaculate and carpeted with nice carpet, so nice compared to the laminate many hotels are doing now. Excellent shower head and water flow.
Breakfast was great, we stayed two nights and there were different waffle batters and different egg options, everyone was happy. Overall well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Even had coin laundry on site!
The only downside was that the beds were pretty soft and saggy, for that reason we will likely look elsewhere for our next stay, or call the hotel and ask if some rooms have newer beds before booking. Still 5 stars. Would absolutely stay again!"
