"The property itself is amazing , note the wellness, gym and suana are all separately paid for and not included in the nightly cost. When I arrived the room had a broken curtain rod and ac not working. Just did not feel homey compared to the other resorts for that price. "The pool area needs a spray as the ants crawled all over us and were nesting in the chairs. The bed was not comfortable but the room was nice. Restaurant food is limited especially for breakfast and we found a hair in our satay! Staff were excellent at both front desk and restaurant. "

"The rooms are very clean and spacious. You gotta love nature to love staying here, because there are many sounds of nature, from insects to geckos, inside or close to your room. The only downside is there are possible mold/moisture issue that is causing some discomfort to my wife, but it is probably expected as the washroom/bedrooms are not totally closed off to outdoors. The staff is the friendliest and most considerate I've experienced. Overall a beautiful and wonderful stay"
