" We booked a two queen suite but when we arrived were told a king suite with pull out was what was sent by hotels.com. Not a great option for my wife and I with our young kids as well. Pull out was thinner than chip and minimal sleep was had. Hallway reeked of weed and room was 77 degrees when we got in our first night. Opted to drive 3.5 hours home rather than stay second night. Cleanliness was questionable.
Furthermore, I had previously tried to shorten my stay prior to the listed deadline for doing so. I was told I couldn’t modify as there were “no rooms available”. Neither the hotel or hotels.com were willing to help with this. The only option I was given was to cancel and then try and rebook. There are lots of hotels in this area I can say for sure I won’t be using this one again."

"For the $200/night price tag, I expected a lot more than the $70/night accommodations. The room was modernized but looked gross in corners, and glass shelves that had dust rings and hair. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and sleep was lousy. One queen bed was up against the window so we had to climb over the bed to get to your side. Staff gave us an attitude when we needed item to use the pull out couch. And that was so uncomfortable our 70lb son didn’t hardly sleep. When they offered free breakfast, it was the most minimal breakfast I’d ever been to. "

"Extremely kind staff, we felt at ease with his warm welcome! We were able to check in & out quickly which was amazing for my odd travel times. Our room was clean but we could suggest that upgrades to areas like elevator, hallways, and bathrooms would definitely make our review 10/10. Worth booking for the price!"

"Definitely not like what the pictures show. The place is trash. Seen bugs place was dirty wasnt there for 5 minutes and left. No refund given. Done using Expedia and will never again reserve a room without reading reviews. Dont recommend anyone to go there unless your looking to catch something or take something home."

"I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with. During this time she became frustrated and argumentative because she didn’t know what she was doing! Housekeeping sucked had to call multiple times for them to bring up new towels and collect garbage. The breakfast was good I loved how they had different breakfast options every day! They also said that the pool was heated it was heated any dad that we stayed it was very cold! Overall I would rate my stay a 6/10 "
