"Great stay for a weekend get-away. The hotel is next to the Tinley Park Convention Center so receives lots of business travelers. My husband and I were immediately impressed as we walked into our hotel room by some basic exercise equipment conveniently placed to give you a little workout in the room. So cool! the room was modern and very comfortable with a mini fridge and coffee station. Bed and pillows were great and we both slept well. Access was easy to I-80 and lots of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful with information, and it was a busy weekend with a couple of weddings and a graduation at the TCC, so the desk was always busy. Was told there's a restaurant and bar, which we didn't visit, but I'm sure it was nice. Highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again!"

"We've stayed here before and had no issues, but quickly noticed the service level had dropped a few notches this time. Attendees of a kid's event complained of no towels in the pool area. We requested bath tissue and it never showed up. Breakfast on at least one of the days was meatless. Even re-ups on coffee, tea, and other items were slow. When asked, staff members claimed the owner has essentially prevented them from serving guests by "locking up" inventory. They definitely were not ready for the expected volume on this Memorial Day weekend. There are literally dozens of hotels a stones throw from here with at least a dozen or more walking distance. Next time one of them will be have to be the place of choice."

"Room was dirty, water was leaking everywhere, mattress was filthy, the remote to the tv was broken and no help from front desk. It was absolutely horrible."

"My stay was well and peaceful. The property was clean staff was very nice, parking was perfect. I stayed for four nights I only had one request that was not fulfilled. My room was not cleaned in which an employee told me that since it was a holiday I might not receive cleaning of the room. There is signage stating that your cleaning is every other day however, when the original day that we were supposed to have cleaning,housekeeping came, but, my fiancé and I were still asleep."
