"What a wonderful ski-in/ski-out resort hotel. The pool area/thermal spa was amazing. Highest quality finishes in the spa. The swim out outdoor pool was kept very hot for a good soaking after a day of skiing. And the serve drinks. We dined and Peaks and had a great meal. All resort items are expensive but the convenience was excellent. "

"The room was clean and big with a great view of the mountain. There is a dedicated room for storing skis and snowboards so you don't have to keep that gear in your room. The free breakfast was excellent! There is a bar in the main room in order to relax after a long day on the slopes. In case you forgot anything or just need a drink/snack, there is a very small market in the hotel where you can pick up basics. There is an indoor pool and multiple hot tubs (inside and outside). All of this is very wonderful in general, but it pales in comparison to the staff. They are nothing short of top notch. Their ability to help with any request is amazing in-of itself, but their kindness is what truly sets them apart from any other hotel on the mountain. Customer service is second to none and I highly recommend staying here in the winter season!"

For a fresh opening, the execution is absolutely remarkable, the property is stunning, thoughtfully designed, and truly something special. A huge thank you to the entire team, especially our host Ivan, who went above and beyond in every possible way. The level of service here is extraordinary. As someone who travels constantly and stays in luxury destinations around the world, I can confidently say that service like this is rare to find in the USA. In my eyes, this resort surpasses every other luxury ski property I’ve experienced in the country. The food was incredible, the atmosphere exceptional, and the attention to detail unmatched.
