"Great location. The Queen Studio for five was perfect for the two of us — spacious, comfortable, and definitely worth recommending if you have the budget. The bed was very comfortable and the room felt big enough to properly relax in. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth, and we really appreciated being allowed to check in early. There’s also a vending machine and plenty of lockers available, which was convenient. Only downside was the limited amenities: small 40ml bottles of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, plus only USB outlets by the bed, so we had to use the kitchenette sockets for charging."

"Large room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great location on an active shopping street and short walk to very good restaurants and pubs (Bieretalier was my favorite but it is a hole-in-the-wall dive bar so maybe not for everyone). The room was very quiet"

"I wish that I could give the staff more than 5 stars for such excellent customer service. This hotel is a hidden gem in the lovely city of Bruges. Every little touch made our stay special. The room was very clean and contained everything we needed and the price was very reasonable. Should we ever return to Bruges, we would definitely stay here again."

"Overall a nice hotel. Very well situated within easy walking distance of everything and good transport links. Nice Starbucks stand addition in reception. Soundproofing between rooms however is not great so bring earplugs. Would recommend for location alone."

"We booked a last minute city break with the family. Travelling with 12 & 14 year old. We arrived quite last and the reception was still open and the guy was very friendly and got us checked in and to the room in a speedy manner. The room was a suite and very spacious with a bedroom on the first floor and a large room on the ground. Very modern and clean. Both rooms had en-suite. The bar was excellent to sit at before heading out in the evening. Very well positioned hotel to explore Bruges. Parking in the adjacent underground car park very easy. Overall we had a great stay at this hotel."
