Unless you only wan clean room but nothing else
Service was close to bad for Beijing hotel won't claim international level, say no to help deep freeze my breastmilk, room was at low corner area, open window can smell kitchen oil smell, very uncomfortable. On the 2nd night of our stay, weather aldy turned hot and room temperature set at 29.5 Celsius. Called for help but no respond, until on check out day a furious customer make big complain at hotel lobby, then only staff came and show apologetic behaviour.. buffet was rushing to wrapped up won't care for customer still having them. Not ideal.service form an international hotel

Enjoyed our stay.
The room was decent. Despite it being hot the air conditioning was not turned on so we had to leave the window open at night to cool the room.
The hotel staff was very helpful. Always found someone who spoke english to help us with our questions. The concierge service at the hotel was helpful in getting me a taxi or helping me find a pharmacy or a grocery store.
Would recommend this hotel.

A hotel with good facility and friendly staff
This hotel is overall pretty new. Room service is pretty good. I deducted one star for three reasons:
1. Some rooms only have one holder of bathroom tissues, so there is always a risk of running out of stock.
2. wifi signal is not very strong.
3. Front desk layout is not scientific, the line was cut again and again. Besides, some of the staff at the front desk were not very well trained (though they are friendly).
