地下鉄駅の目の前

北京首都空港と北京市内を結ぶエアポートエクスプレスと地下鉄10号線の三元橋駅の目の前にあり、ホテルから徒歩５分程度のところに小さな規模のショッピングモールもあるのでとても便利だと思う。 ホテルの室内には無料のミネラルウォーターが毎日１人につき１本用意されており、ミニバーにもウェルカムドリンクとしてコーラやスプライトなども無料で提供される。

GOOD HOTEL AT A CONVENIENT LOCATION

Enjoyed my stay and the location - next to the Sanyuanchao subway station - is very convenient. One thing that requires improvement, however, is the condition of the men's locker room on floor -1. The sauna and steam bath are a very welcome amenity, which I appreciate. However, the sauna is not operating correctly and the cleanliness of the steam bath and shower stalls needs to be improved.

Good location

Very convenient location, the hotel is just next to the airport express / subway. It cost RMB25 and 20 minutes to/from the airport to the hotel. A shopping mall is just next to the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants but most of them were full and also many people were waiting for tables outside of the restaurants. Remember to reserve a table in advance if you don't want to wait for a long time. This hotel impressed me as there were some complimentary drinks in the fridge and the check out time was at 2pm. The room was hot but there was no cool from the air conditioner. The staff said the hotel only provides heat in winter. He asked me to open a window but it was very noisy as my room was next to the main street. Everybody has a different sense of hot or cold. It was ridiculous that the guest couldn't adjust the temperature in their room to feel comfortable.

작년에 이어 두 번째로 이용 했습니다. 북경 수도공항에서 공항철도를 타면, 호텔까지 바로 연결되어 매우 편리합니다. 내부 인테리어도 세련되고 깔끔하여, 매우 만족 스럽습니다. 다만, 밤 늦은 시간 리셉션의 고객응대가 매우 불친절 합니다. 특히 와이파이 연결이 되지 않아 무척 불편 했습니다. 연결을 하려 하니, 중국 폰 번호를 입력해야 하는 방식 이었으며, 이에 리셉션까지 들고 내려 갔더니, 직원이 직접 폰에 입력해서 겨우 이용할 수 있었습니다.

Great Location but that is were it all ends

The location of the hotel is great. Thats where it all stops the room was so dirty. There was so much mold in the shower my allergies ended up acting up and it caused me to get sick. The bed was so hard. We were basically sleeping on a box spring. The coffee cups had chips out of them and were never changed out. There was a cracked tile in the bathroom that was sharp you could cut your toes on. The closet had wood that was falling apart.

This hotel seems to be converted from a crowded apt building. Very low ceilings with dusty tiny window. The temperature control doesn't work. It is hot and very dry in the room but there was nothing I could do. Very uncomfortable to sleep in. Fortunately I only stayed for 1 night. This is the worst Novotel I have ever stayed. Will think it twice before booking another Novotel!

Great location just outside airport express station and a nice nearby shopping complex. It has got a gym and a small unheated pool. The cleaning lady was friendly and efficient. Adequate for a business stay. But the attitude of the checkin receptionists was less than desirable.

The hotel is very well located with a subway station and also to the airport train just in front of the hotel’s door. The staff is very kind and helpful and one more good tip about this location, just one block away on the out side of a shopping mall is a very good informal restaurant with excellent western food the place name is Wagas. The hotel in general is a good sleep option in Beijing.

the staff here don't speak English and EVERYTHING seems a chore. from ice to taxis...we seem to be interrupting them surfing the web! the pool is freezing cold and the sauna almost unusable due to the fact that they use the toilet to smoke. the aircon doesn't wasn't working for the whole week.

This hotel is 30m from exit D of SanYuanQiao underground station which in turn is 1 stop from the Beijing airport. Staff are occasionally grumpy with patchy english. Breakfast was slighly expensive at 100 RMB (though comprehensive) so we used the local Wagas 200m away. The local Element Fresh (220m next to Wagas) is also very good for lunch/dinner though a touch expensive
