Nice hotel about 20 mins walking from all the old San Juan. The staff were nice too. The room was spacious and cold. It was on the second floor and we had a small outdoor patio with chairs I think that was neat. The room has a small kitchen area if your going to stay longer and a couch and a queen bed.

Amazing stay. The hotel beautiful and very romantic. Right in the heart of Old San Juen, just stepping the door puts you in walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops and site seeing spots. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone.

The room was spotless as was the whole property, staff were very friendly. Great amenities offered, easy access to the beach & great pool area. Family friendly hotel with activities for the kids and a craft room dedicated to the kids. Will be going back.

Staff were amazing and food was great but overpriced. Disappointed that the parking was not included in cost. One of our roommates had breakfast and thought it was complementary. Only had a donut, another cold item & a mimosa for $40😕. Was shocked and to embarrassed question it.
