"This was a budget stay, so I was not expecting luxury accommodations. However, there were several issues that significantly affected my experience. The bedding was heavily stained, which was concerning. The door latch was extremely loose and unstable, to the point that I had to push the nightstand and table against the door for added security. It also took considerable effort to get the bathtub faucet running, and adjusting the hot water was difficult. The faucet mechanism appears to require maintenance or lubrication. In addition, the exterior areas were poorly maintained. The staircase was very dirty, with visible cobwebs and an unpleasant odor throughout the area. While I understand that this is a budget property, basic cleanliness, maintenance, and guest safety should still be a priority. I believe management can do better in addressing these concerns. "

"Room was cleaned but we found a few items left behind by previous customer. Big one was their soap? It was still in the bathroom along with the dove products. Disliked the lack of sound proofing. We could hear the highway outside, our neighbor's hairdryer, their TV and pets."

"This is definitely NOT a 3-star hotel. Although they appear to be doing some work exterior, the interior needs a lot of updating and fixing. Our room had wallpaper coming down on the walls and cracks in the ceiling. The flooring was all dug into with lots of drag marks which I was concerned they would try to bring back on the guest. The hair dryer in the bathroom was very old and weak. I would say the most disappointing item about the hotel was the breakfast buffet. With just one waffle maker, choice of two yogurts, or two cereals, it doesn't even come close to the buffets even a 2-star hotel provides. A lot of my stays factor in what the hotel offers for breakfast, and I don't think I would stay at this location again or recommend it to anybody."

"We got there earlier and I understand early check ins are not guaranteed, no problem. We were told that no rooms were available and she couldn't check anyone in until 4pm. Further they are not allowed to do early check-ins. Went back at 3:30 to see if any rooms were available, and was told no again (really all available rooms are instantly clean at 4pm?) ... but okay so we wait again. 10 minutes later she was checking in people, note it wasn't 4pm yet. Just frustrating since we needed to get ready for a wedding. I did get in the line at that point and got our room. Also note the evaluators were slow with a couple not working"

"The hotel looked ran down and maybe I just haven’t stayed at one of these in a long time. The rooms were extremely dirty. I had to ask for a new one because of furniture having blood stains and our towels being put right on top. "
