Long wait for dining and room service. Manager delivered my breakfast personally because I was having problems. Noisy over my room because of music at night. Locks on doors are difficult to use
Food in dining room was very good, despite the wait and wait staff. Not enough servers for inside and out. Spa treatments were terrific. Manager at desk gave me a courtesy for some of the issues I had. I can’t remember his name but he sits at a computer near the check-in. Days I believe
I have been there before and will come again. Beach is sensational.

So we arrived looking forward to having a long leisurely lunch outside only to find the area outside had been totally dug out and was under construction.
This should have been mentioned when we booked but our issue was it wasn’t.
We were only there for 1 night and the restaurant was very nice and the hotel small but stylish. Also this hotel was located close the The Polo room restaurant which is very popular in Palm Beach.
The pool area was much smaller than expected but it is hard to give a honest review without seeing the hotel completed
