"The layout, decor, and the attention to detail. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets were brand new and fresh, and the chalet had all the necessary amenities. The kitchen came with a microwave, all the utensils, a simple coffee maker, pots and pants and an electric stove. The AC kept the whole house cool. "Not friendly folks. I don’t get to see anyone working at this property. Some random guy asked me to send him a copy of my pass on WhatsApp, and he added me to a group of people. I stayed for four days I have asked for some fresh towel. They never provided. They were asking me there is gonna be additional charge for that. Like I said, I don’t get to see anyone working at this property."

"Stunning property! We arrived at Hurricane Jeri excited to check in, and they kindly upgraded us to their property Villa Mandi and it was incredibly beautiful, private and the staff were amazing (especially Andressa, the cleaning staff, and Eduardo who made the BEST caipirinhas!) We were able to use the facilities of both properties which were beside eachother. We will definitely be back soon. "
