"Super friendly and helpful staff, my husband and I got some trouble on our way to Jesenik, and the staff was super understanding and pacient with us! Loved the facilities, definitely a place to rest and decompress. The pool and sauna are amazing, and the views from there during the winter are incomparable. We will come back for sure! "No air conditioning, no reception, no check-in PIN-code from Hotels.com (the other customers had to call to the staff of the hotel), the phone number of the hotel in the booking confirmation was not working, no information about breakfast. With this level of service I would like to have 1/3 of the money back I paid. The room was hot like sauna all the time."

"Great aparthotel directly at the feet of ski lift. Dream location in the winter, considering parking for free it’s a bargain, great for summer, biking or hiking. 30 min from Kłodzko, 40 min from Miedzygorze so really close everywhere. AMAZING pool outside and inside, whirlpools, baby pools and slides! Nice hotel bar, although wine sold only in bottles (not glasses) but hearty cocktails. Nice restaurants (Hubertus and Puchaczowka) 5 min away. Altogether great place to start holiday from and visit...
