"Wonderful location and the amenities were second to none. Great room, the hotel is super clean everywhere, fabulous pool, superb beach and an amazing animation team, including Martin, Harley, Amigo, Aykut and Sara to mention a few. Activities planned really well throughout the day allowing time away from just lying on the beach - games, darts, archery, bools, yoga, padel tennis, pool and sea gym and more! We will definitely come back. "

"Let me start by saying the moment we checked in we were shown to our room by Baron he was extremely knowledgeable not only about the hotel but about the surrounding area and things to do. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom with a bath and seperate shower. The rooms were cleaned daily and mini bar restocked. The hotel has one main restaurant and one al a carte restaurant and a pool bar offering chips hot dogs burgers ect. The food was delicious lots of mediterranean dishes and grilled meats. The hotel is situated 11 minute walk from the old town/city which was ideal for evening shopping and going out to explore. I was hesitant as it does not have a beach front but found the picturesque cliffs to be lovely touch and believe me a sandy beach was not missed at all. If you are looking for a sandy beach Konalkyi beach is only 8mins away by taxi. All in all we had a fabulous time and can only thank the hotel staff for making it exceptional."

"The property is fun and full of activities for adults and children. Management is willing to listen to your concerns and support you if you have any issues, specially Ibrahim from guest relations. The SPA is also worth visiting, they are cool and professional, and George will be happy to help. The food options are very good and there is a lot of varieties. It was a cool trip and we have enjoyed and we recommend it as a family. I wish they can improve the WI FI as it keeps logging you out, and the commotion in the morning by the house keeping team can wake you up."

"Not the nicest place to stay. I was there 26 days and the room was cleaned once after a week. Had to ask for towels and toilet roll. Two days before I was due to leave the guy said ohh we need to clean your room 😂 Worst part was the noise and the nature in the evening a member of staff was assaulted and another occasion the police had to be called for an out of hand guest. This was usually at 3 in the morning when the parties stopped. A regular occurrence at this hotel. Unfortunately every time this happened the offender was English…..shameful. I actually feel sorry for the people who work in this hotel and have to deal with this week in week out. I don’t recommend for families as this hasn’t got a great atmosphere……people drinking way too much and being loud and not very nice. "
