Property was nice but it’ll be helpful to explain transportation better to guests and to have more food options that actually taste great :(. Second time here and was a little dissatisfied this time but i guess it’s peak season.

Mixed stay overall. Food was excellent with great variety, and most staff were friendly and accommodating. Beach and it's facilities very good also. Sandy with loads of sunbeds. However, reception handled our bed issue poorly: our Expedia booking wasn’t clear about needing to request a double, and we felt dismissed and rushed when changing rooms. New room was good over all, aircon was effective but lacked basic touches such as separate shampoo, conditioner, and cosmetic kits. Facilities and entertainment are good but a little tired, pools are cold, and popular activities like padel and table tennis need more capacity. The resort is also isolated and taxis are extremely expensive. Good overall, but definitely room for improvement. Certainly feels more like a 4* than 5* hotel.

Friendly Staff, clean rooms , great amenities and lastly but most importantly great food and a lot of selections. The only thing I would criticize is the quality of the beds . Beds need replacing . And pillow selection would be good because pillows are also needs replacing. Overall I am pleased my stay and I would return back soon.

Beautiful area, wonderful beach and all the staff was exceptional - helpful and happy !! Would be nice if there was a ramp or deck at the beach to assist getting into the water We had a fantastic time - a great beach vacation !! The main restaurant had an amazing selection of buffet items - excellent and delicious

This is a good hotel, good rooms. Very warm atmosphere in the hotel, wonderful animation. A new hotel is being built nearby and the beach is very noisy from the construction. Also, there were excavators and workers on the beach, which distracted a little from the rest.

I had higher expectations for this hotel, especially considering the price. The promotional photos look beautiful, but they don’t accurately reflect the actual experience. The property itself is decent, and our room was spacious and comfortable, although having only one bathroom for a room designed for four people was inconvenient. Also, no elevators what so ever! Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Most of the staff came across as unfriendly and not particularly helpful, which made the stay less enjoyable. The biggest disappointment was the buffet. I was expecting excellent Turkish cuisine, but the food lacked flavor and quality. It felt like the hotel relied on inexpensive ingredients, and many meals reminded me of hospital food rather than the rich, delicious Turkish dishes the country is known for. Overall, the hotel was average, but certainly not worth the premium price. If it were significantly cheaper, I might have considered it fair value. However, at its current rates, I left feeling that I paid much more than the experience was worth.

Lovely resort, Lagoon position wit access to a pool was brilliant. Amazingly no trouble getting sunbeds when we wanted them which was a real surprise! Only downside was using 'app' to book ala carte restaurants and sports facilities which was sometimes a challenge before becoming unavailable.

As an all inclusive resort I enjoyed the stay i had no major issues what so ever check in check out was super fast food they had almost everything the resort was full of tourists from almost every corner of Europe. I would stay again no doubt nice entertainment program. Only downside is coffee beans used for the available machines at the resort didn’t suit my test very minor issue.

Food quality and choice is absolutely overwhelming. There's only 3 hours out of 24 where there's no food available at any place. The club offers countless activities, lessons, surprises etc. If you think it's boring at Masmavi then I believe nobody can help you. The interior of the rooms is not latest style, but it's kept in a good condition. Air condition can be set to a certain degree and works well.

My wife and I travel quite a bit and, admittedly, we can be a little picky when it comes to hotels – we know what we like and we don’t settle easily. That said, this hotel completely exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. The hotel itself is stunning – every detail was clearly thought through with care and style. Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. And the food? Absolutely fantastic. Every meal we had, from breakfast to dinner, was fresh with loads of options. It’s rare we find a place that checks all our boxes, but this one absolutely did.

Hi, went for this hotel because of its «excellent» rating, great reviews and a reasonable price compared to other hotels but were a bit disappointed. The hotel is good but in reality it’s a 3 star plus, the room looked smaller and more outdated compared to the photos and the all inclusive system is quite limited and doesn’t not include such things like classic cocktails (ie margarita or tequila sunrise), steak house and wine house, certain beds on the beach etc - which all felt like a bit of letdown. Propose they call it « most inclusive » or «all inclusive BUT… ». The food was fairy good and enough of choice for us, the beach and the sea were nice and all in all I can recommend the place but set realistic expectations before you go.
