Best option we found in Belem

the hotel has two wings once being much nicer that the other, but all in all This is the best option we found in Belem. Great restaurant with live music on weekends. Bilingual staff, free 10min massage, good breakfast.

It was a very good stay. Hotel is of high quality. Very clean, staff was very helpful. Restaurant was also good quality. The area is quiet and there is an echological parke nearby. Access to transportation was through Uber. Service was prompt and courteous. The only proble I had was the remote for the airconditioning that was too old, but it worked fine when I could see the controls and screen.

Neighborhood has little to offer. Street noise at night and in the morning was disruptive to my sleep. AC positioned to blow directly on the bed, which gave me a terrible sinus infection that lasted nearly two weeks. Not sure if it was from bacteria in the AC, or just the cold dry air blowing in me all night long. In any case, it was terrible and nearly ruined my trip. Bed was okay, not great. Bathroom was acceptable. It’s essentially a three star room. I did like the interior courtyard and dining. Would I go back? No. The AC sickness was a deal breaker and the location offered nothing valuable within walking distance. It’s a neat little hotel and I wanted to like it, but can’t recommend it. The price was fair. But I would have rather paid more for a better experience.

Completely overpriced and needs to make changes

Very strange rooms with no natural light (no windows, only wood panels) and very expensive for what it is. The restaurant of the hotel is particularly bad, very expensive and all the food I was served was over cooked and dry (dry rice, dry grilled fish, dried up pancetta in my carbonatará etc.), they really need a better chef. Mosquitoes everywhere. I also saw a cricket walk through my room.

Nice, historic hotel by the Botanical Gardens. Only complaint is that it would be nice to have some more vegetables available with meals. Lots of fish options but hard to get a simple fresh salad that doesn’t have lettuce. Big rooms, nice staff lovely outdoor dining

Hotel bonito e muito confortável, Serviço excelente, com muita simpatia e atenção. Tem um excelente restaurante. Localizado ao lado do lindo Mangal das Garças. A única questão - que não é do próprio hotel - é o caminho do acesso, que passa pela Cidade Antiga, ruas em condições sofríveis - mas isso não nos impediu de caminhar a pé até o mercado Ver o Peso e as Docas .

Falta profissionalismo hoteleiro. As instalacoes sao boas, mas os detalhes pecam. Poer exemplo, saimos por.volta de 6h, antes do café.da manhã. Por isso pedimos algo para.antes, estilo box, mas o hotel não tem solução para essa questão tão corriqueira nas hospedagens. Em.suma, falta um compromisso d3 cuidado com o hóspede. Mas quero deixar registrado que nos avisaram o esquecimento de medicamentos, guardaram por cerca de 1 semana, obrigado

A FUIRE!!! Si vous souhaitez faire une dépression, allez dans cette hôtel ou motel! Méfiez vous des avis! C’est nul, moche etc. Le quartier est pourrie, sale, dessert. Le mobilier c’est n’importe quoi, pas de lampe de chevet, pas de fer à repasser, pas de coffre( il faut en demander un à la réception , qui nous sera déposé dans le pseudo dressing) L’établissement est sur la fin!
