A nice apartment with lots of little extra touches to be very comfortable and welcoming. I had 4 nights here, There’s a Tesco about 30 seconds walk away. It’s only a little over 10 minutes walk from the city hall. I booked a bus day tour and it was a very short walk around to the pickup point. Quite a convenient location with the added value of a parking space. I had a problem with the hot water on my last morning, but the owners were very prompt in responding to my message. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great location in Belfast

This apartment is a short and pleasant walk to everything. We received a much appreciated welcome gift on arrival. We toured Belfast on the hop on hop off bus. The Titanic museum is worth the trip to Belfast alone. Read the apartment's suggestion book. Dinner at the "Deli" was superb. A tour of the murals was balanced and informative.

The apartment has everything we needed and the attention to detail is superb from all the kitchen utensils, the supplies of tea and coffee, valuable local information pack, sewing kit, entertainment DVDs and music. It is not a brand new building, but it is perfectly clean and has great character in a safe neighbourhood, Tesco express and great restaurants nearby. We would definitely book again when returning to Belfast.

Fantastic location

Our stay here was excellent. This apartment was central to most Belfast sights, and conveniently located just off Dublin Rd, close to mini supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Lots of information on such in information folder. Easy walking distance to town hall, botanic gardens. Like a home away from home, with parking available and all amenities.

Lovely Apartment

lovely apartment, with everything you would need for weekend away. We stopped here as it was my brother in law to be stag do, and the rest of the party was at the premier inn just around the corner so it was perfect for us to meet in the morning before the shinannigans began. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we would have needed if we had chose to stop in. it is a great location so you can access Belfast which is an amazing city, all of the locals are very friendly and a great weekend was had by all.

Very satisfied

My friend and I were surprised to see a guest welcome card, some snacks and even a bottle of wine prepared by Ian and Bindi after our arrival. The apartment literally had all the facilities that you would expect a house to have, which made us feel like being at home. It was quite convenient for us to get to everywhere, as the apartment was only about 10-15 min walking distance from city centre, and there was a Tesco Express right outside of the court. On our 2nd day of the stay, the boiler was somehow malfunctioned. The owners immediately came down and helped us fix the problem. We really appreciated that. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at the apartment.
