The staff were extremely efficient, friendly and professional, considering that the hotel is usually full to the brim, especially during the summer months. The downside was that there was no air con in the bedrooms which necessitated open windows due to the hot weather. Noisy revellers didn't help my children to get a good night's sleep, but that's the price that you pay for the most convenient location!
