A big and wonderful city

It was just wonderful. The weather was terrible hot near 40º but didn’t let us enjoy this beautiful city. It was great after visiting the city, return to the hotel to rest so comfortable. A little far from the center but easy to get by taxi, tram or bus

Although we paid by credit card through the program, they still requested payment at the hotel. We tried for half an hour to explain this. Also, the staff was very disrespectful and even though we asked for a room with a view and on an upper floor, they gave us a ridiculous room with a tiny window facing the opposite wall.
