This hotel smells, offers nothing except ice machines, carpets are disgusting, rooms are dilapidated, furniture is falling apart and literally everything needs to be updated. Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown by IHG
It was convenient, next to the highway and close to the downtown area. Room was clean but small. Shuttle service was great, our shuttle driver Veronica was very nice and fun! No complimentary breakfast.
