"Excellent stay and it was an incredible experience. Authentic and resort like amenities!"

"Staff were incredibly attentive, they prepared us a custom dinner and breakfast wich we ate on the patio outside our room. The place is so cute, and obviously taken care of with love."

"The staff were really nice, they care about each person that stays in their hotel. Highly recommend."

"We booked this hotel under the pretense that the resturant was open for business and the taxi price rate was similar to the rest of Ecuador or the reviews in our travel book. Hotel served a nice breakfast BUT no other food is available so one must go into Puerto Ayora for lunch and dinner. The taxi rate to and from hotel into town can be anywhere from $10-$15 each way..... if u want to freshen up after a long tour that will be 4 taxi rides......$40-$60 per day. Lawrence offered us a ride...

"This was a family run resort like stay. Our rooms were huge. The food was great. It was serene and peaceful foe a break off the beaten path. We absolutely loved it.!"

"Highland area which is colder. The town area is better for food option and transportation. However the staff is very helpful."

"Great place"

"Great staff, great location."

"All the staff were wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was great and offered a good amount of food. Eric was the best and helped us navigate getting around the island. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The Lava Restaurant was closed to “us” the night of our stay as it was being used for a group. We received a private tour of the caves however. The room was clean but a mild musty odor was present."

"Everything was great!!"

"This hotel was a great choice. Close enough to walk into town, great views, clean room (including bathroom) and friendly and helpful staff."

"Really unique place and super friendly staff would definitely stay again."

"Hotel was located at convenient location and very helpful staff"

"Staff are very friendly and they go above and beyond to help you."

"Wonderful place to stay!"

"Pool, view, location"

"Very helpful staff with nice room. Breakfast was good and also a nice jacuzzi by the pool. Close to many bars and restaurants also."
