"I would like to give a special thanks to Erin who works in reservations at the front desk for making mine and my girlfriend's first experience at the hotel Rock lititz a very memorable special excellent stay. She worked with me in the florist that I had flowers delivered to the hotel to make it a special moment for my girlfriend who is totally moved and emotionally overcome with everything from check-in to delivering the flowers to my room. I live in Maryland and she lives in lititz so I had to do the flowers at their local flower shop delivered not knowing exactly how things were going to be when I walked into the room. I was truly impressed with how well working with the florist and Erin. Through the emails and through the phone calls. The room was very clean the restaurant bar experience was exceptional. The food at the restaurant in the staff were extremely courteous friendly and outgoing. We will definitely be back there as they say first impressions have long lasting memories. Thanks again to Erin in the florist that delivered the flowers."

"Room was spacious and clean. They have quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, the room above ours was alittle noisy but it didnt impact our sleeping. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. No complaints."

"Loved loved loved our weekend stay for the Joyce Meyer’s Conference. Hotel was Clean, Quiet & Conveniently located to the Giant Stadium and Hershey Park. Breakfast was good as well nice lobby to watch tv, read or play foosball. Nice little exercise room and a heated pool. Will definitely return every year. Super Friendly Staff & Great Parking quiet & Safe residential area…"
