"We had a wonderful stay at this small, family-owned hotel in the Galápagos. The service was exceptional from start to finish — the owner personally made sure every detail was taken care of and that we had everything we needed. The staff spoke excellent English, which made communication easy and stress-free. The location was perfect, close to everything yet still quiet and relaxing. And the breakfasts were fantastic — fresh, generous, and a great way to start each day of exploring. We truly felt welcomed and cared for. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!"

Clean and spacious room, efficient and quiet AC, amazing view, nice breakfast. Bed was a little hard by North American standards but quite comfortable "

"Everything was wonderful, rooms are small but we hardly spent any time in it and the bed was just fine to fall asleep on after a long day of adventures! Rooms are well cleaned as well towels. Pool area is great, location is nice and quiet but easy walking distance to anything. "

"We booked for a 2 bed, 2 adult and a child, and got 3 double beds in a huge room on the top floor, room 312. The pool is heated and nice, and the adjacent hot tub is super nice! The staff are super accommodating! When all my 7yo wanted was instant noodles for dinner, they took the package from us and made it for her. Breakfast has a nice spread, and they will cook eggs, waffles or pancakes upon request. Will accommodate allergies. Only 1/2 block away from the main pier. Central to shops and restaurants. Front desk hosts Brenda and Kim are super nice! Actually everyone in that hotel are nice. Zero complaints, only our appreciation for a great stay. "
