"Overall our room was clean and comfortable, but a little bit on the worn side (we understand that the new owners are working hard to refurbish everything, they just hadn't got to our wing yet). The Spa is delightful, and the staff throughout the property are great. The only real downside to our stay was our experience with the dining room. We were told we wouldn't need a reservation (by the morning shift dining room staff), yet when we got to the dining room for dinner they said we should have had one, and the dining room was practically empty! There was 1 table of maybe a dozen, and 1 table of 2. After we rejected the suggestion that we eat in the lounge they seated us. Dinner was okay and the service was good, and when we left, there was still the big table and a new table of 2. It wasn't the worst of experiences, but it put a little sour note on our stay. We are planning to stay again, and would recommend the property."

"I like to stay here for a couple of days in the summer. There is a great variety of room types to try. The staff is very good. The lobby is a really nice representation of a classic old hotel lobby. The restaurant is very good and the food excellent. Check out the crescent shaped windows up high and the ceilings. There's a nice lounge beside the restaurant and just off the lobby with some weekend entertainers. The hotel is located right downtown in Moose Jaw, which is a good city to walk around. Crescent Park is right behind the hotel and is lovely. Parking is a bit basic in a small lot out back. Moose Jaw is well worth a visit, although I'm biased as it's my old home town. Enjoy!"

"It was a great room but they are in middle of renovations. It would have been nice to receive a reduced rate coupon for another stay to accommodate being fight in a construction zone. Staff in restaurant, especially Darlene, go above and beyond, felt just like home away from home. The food is amazing!!! Stayed here just for the spa and food!!! Hoping the Reno’s will be fine soon! Can hardly wait to visit again!!!"

"While the hotel is a little dated, it was clean and provided a comfortable stay. The water slide was definitely a highlight it was fast, exciting, and a lot of fun for the kids. The breakfast was good and appreciated before heading out for the day. Overall, it was a nice family friendly stay and offered everything we needed for a fun and convenient stop."

"This was my first time staying in a bed and breakfast. The property was charming and unique. Quiet location. The room was nicely decorated. Lots of care was put into the room. Everything you could need, lots of towels, coffee in room and a fridge. Breakfast was great. Fruit, yogurt, bacon, veggies, corn bread and breakfast casserole and coffee and tea. Staff was very friendly. It was an overall lovely experience."
