"The rooms were clean. We arrived in the evening; there is only one option to contact the hotel: it’s by phone, which costs money to call from the UK. After we got into the room, we found there were no towels, so we couldn’t even use the shower. The next day in the morning, after checking in, we were told that the towels were not included. On the website, it’s mentioned that towels are included, so we paid extra for the towels. No soap, no dishwasher tablets, no dish-cleaning soap. Stayed for a week-long ski vacation in a group of 30 people, had half-board included - excellent food, very friendly staff, easy 2 minute shuttle ride to the Diablo lift (or 10 minute walk).
