The location was great, the staff was friendly. The hotel itself was fantastic! Great amenities, beautiful decor. Our room was comfy, and had everything we needed. Their lobby/game room/seating area is so inviting! Perfect place to relax and have coffee while enjoying their games!

Was handy to get to grand canyon. It does need to cater more for disabled people. I found it hard using the stairs
